I have never before had an occasion to enlist the help of a tutor, in fact I was often the student providing the tutoring help. Still, when I called to get information about how the service worked I was impressed with the easy, informative and genuinely supportive manner in which I was treated. Kelly was assigned as my physics tutor and he was extremely flexible when it came to working around my very busy schedule and on extremely short notice. During our first meeting he quickly accessed my learning style and where I was in my skill set. By walking me through problem solving techniques that work on every level rather than a step-by-step how-to for individual problems, I was able to make a lot of progress in a relatively short amount of time. Not only did Kelly help me succeed in the short term but he also helped me learn to think a bit differently about a topic that does not naturally lend itself to my style of learning.
